Browsing the website
The site’s own code does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts, embedded social widgets or external fonts. Images and other site assets are requested from the same website. Loading pages necessarily involves technical requests to the hosting infrastructure, including your IP address, requested resource, browser information and request time.
Hosting and network services may process request logs for delivery, security and fault investigation. This page does not promise that infrastructure logs do not exist or state a retention period that has not been established. Contact us if you need information about a particular request or processing concern.
The local message composer
The contact composer creates plain text inside your browser. Its Prepare, Copy and Download controls do not submit your entries to a server. The tool does not put your name, email or message in localStorage. Clipboard access happens only when you press Copy Message. Downloading creates a text file on your device.
Your browser, operating system or extensions may retain clipboard contents, form history, downloads or restored tabs according to their own settings. Shared-device users should clear sensitive contents after use. JavaScript is not required to contact us by email.
If you email us
Email correspondence may contain your address, name, message, attachments and technical mail metadata. We use this information to read and respond to your enquiry, assess corrections, maintain relevant correspondence and address abuse or legal obligations. Email and hosting providers may process information as part of providing their services.
Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, responding to ordinary editorial correspondence may rely on legitimate interests; requests connected with a possible agreement or legal obligation may involve other appropriate bases. We do not treat sending an enquiry as consent to unrelated marketing.
Storage choices
If you use the controls on the Cookie Information page, a preference value is saved in your browser’s localStorage. It records a choice, not your contact message. The current site has no optional analytics or advertising cookies to activate. You can change or remove the saved choice on that page or through browser settings.
Retention and sharing
Correspondence should be kept only as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, associated records, security or applicable obligations. The appropriate period depends on the nature of the message. We do not sell contact messages or use the local composer to build advertising profiles. Information may be disclosed where required by law or reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect rights.
Your rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, obtain portable information, or withdraw consent where consent is the basis. Some requests are subject to legal exceptions. You may also be entitled to complain to your relevant data protection authority.
