Cookies and localStorage are different
Cookies are small values that a browser may send with requests to the relevant website. localStorage holds values in the browser for a particular website origin and does not automatically attach them to requests. Both can be subject to privacy and storage rules.

What the saved value contains
The storage key is northpavilion-cookie-preference. Its value is either accept or essential. It contains no name, email address, message content or unique visitor identifier. It remains until you remove it, clear site data or your browser removes it. The site does not apply an automatic expiry to this localStorage value.
Other tools
The contact composer holds text in the current page and does not save it to localStorage. Copy Message requests clipboard access only when you press the control. Download Text creates a file on your device. Browser form history, clipboard synchronization and downloaded files are controlled separately by your browser and operating system.
Changing your choice
Use Essential Only to replace an accepted preference, or Remove Choice to delete the saved value. You can also clear storage for northpavilionkivr.com in your browser’s site-data settings. Clearing it does not delete downloaded messages or emails you have sent.
If storage is blocked, the controls report that limitation and the site remains usable. Your choice is browser- and device-specific; it does not automatically synchronize with other devices.
Future changes and questions
If optional services are introduced, the information and relevant choice mechanism should be updated before those services are activated.
